PROTECTION MEASURES

They are acts of urgent application based on a person in a situation of violence best interest, they are fundamentally preventative and precautionary, with the purpose of preventing the aggressor, directly or through a third party, from having contact of any kind or means with the victim.

They are issued by the persons in charge of the General Secretariat and the Secretariats of the University Campuses when there is a need and they are requested to safeguard, in the spaces where university activities are carried out, the integrity or dignity of the people of the university community due to being in a situation of violence, which will be ordered after evaluating the risk situation and in accordance with the institutional possibilities, as well as while the investigation of the facts reported to the University is carried out.

The Ombudsman for University Rights can also issue precautionary measures to safeguard human and university rights.
